This class is a must for cyclists! We love the leg strength and cardio training we get from hours on the bike but as we reap these benefits we must also counter with specific stretches for the quadriceps, hip flexors, hamstrings and hip rotators. When these muscles are tight they act like skrink wrap on the lower back, pulling on the spine and pelvis. This tightness can result in low back tension.
Even if you’re not a cyclist you will love these hip openers and leg stretches that are worked into a flowing vinyasa style class. Appropriate for all levels.
